Manual Screen Printer

We are looking for a Manual Screen Printer to join a well-established custom printing facility in Scarborough. In this role, you will produce high quality printed garments and products by manually operating screen printing equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, consistent, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Prepare screens, inks, and materials for printing
• Set up and operate manual screen printing presses
• Align and register screens accurately for each job
• Print designs onto a variety of substrates (t-shirts, hoodies, bags, and more)
• Monitor print quality and adjust press settings as needed
  
  Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of screens and equipment
• Follow production schedules to meet deadlines
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Previous screen printing experience preferred (manual printing experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to learn and follow production procedures
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to moderate weights
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to follow safety protocols
