A leading manufacturing company in Toronto seeks a Process Engineer to provide technical support and lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects in the Molding Shop. The role requires a postgraduate degree and 3-5 years of technical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic molding or food packaging. The candidate should possess strong mechanical abilities, good knowledge of Lean tools, and excellent communication skills.

This position offers the opportunity to drive process improvements and ensure operational efficiency.
