Production Supervisor

Join Aerotek in Toronto as a Production Supervisor. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toronto, ON. The role is fully onsite.

• 3+ years of production supervisor experience
• Experience overseeing/managing 10+ employees
• Experience with assembly and reading blueprints

• Supervise production employees, manage scheduling, and oversee plant opening and closing
• Train staff on ISO standards, safety, WHMIS, and equipment operation
• Support hiring, performance management, and development of employee skills
• Coordinate daily production activities, assign tasks, and ensure work orders are completed on time
• Maintain product quality to company, customer, and ISO standards; conduct inspections with engineering
• Assist with production planning, scheduling, budgeting, and capital project input
• Manage warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and delivery truck utilization
• Work with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to resolve technical or operational issues
• Support creation, review, and modification of production documentation and drawings
• Maintain a strong understanding of equipment, process capabilities, and safe operation

• Monday - Thursday
• 3:30pm - 2:00am
