Employment Type: Salaried ($55,000–$60,000 annually)

Position Overview

The Processing Coordinator reports to the Processing Project Supervisor and is responsible for managing quotations, order processing, and various administrative initiatives across all customer accounts. This role provides day‑to‑day support to field sales representatives and customers and serves as a key point of contact between internal departments and team members to address customer‑related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotations to support the sales team.
  • Assist sales representatives in resolving challenges as requested by the Sales Department.
  • Collaborate with the Design Department on both new and ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to support active and upcoming projects.
  • Develop and maintain job dockets, statistical records, and organized filing systems.
  • Comply with all Quality System policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Review factory tickets to ensure production receives complete and accurate order details.
  • Regularly assess and update routing and specification details to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives and Kaizen activities.
  • Provide training to team members when required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education, Experience & Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CorelDRAW
  • Ability to communicate effectively using Microsoft Office and internal company software
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the corrugated industry or a comparable role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to company objectives and priorities
  • Professional, courteous verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours as needed
  • Willingness to be cross‑trained in other departments
