CNC Set Up and Repair

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Set Up and Repair Technician located in Scarborough, ON. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure they function at optimal performance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and technical issues, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring parts meet quality standards. The technician will work collaboratively with the maintenance and production teams to ensure minimal downtime and operational efficiency.

• Experience with CNC machine setup, programming, operation, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of diagnosing and repairing mechanical and technical equipment issues
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Proficiency in maintaining tools and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management, and organizational skills
• Experience with quality inspection processes and equipment
• High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
• A technical diploma or relevant certifications in machining or a related field is an asset
• Previous experience in CNC machining or manufacturing settings is highly advantageous
