Molson Coors is seeking highly motivated and talented individuals for Temporary Brewery Operator openings in our Toronto Brewery Brewing Department. This position will require flexibility to work all shifts and weekend work.

The successful candidate will be a multi-skilled technician who performs normal day-to-day production, quality, safety, and asset care activities without assistance, and contributes to the organization both individually and as a team member. Work is performed according to established procedures with minimum to moderate supervision.

Pay for role is an hourly rate of $22.63/hr.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be able to work in confined spaces
• Basic computer skills are required. Ability to function in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and be able to perform basic maintenance on equipment as assigned.
• Comfortable working in cold and warm environments
• Must be able to work rotating shifts
• Knowledge of all relevant hygiene, health & safety legislation (including environmental) and safe working procedures
• Effectively communicates with teams and other shifts through log books and daily handover meetings
• Interest or experience in homebrewing
• Candidates must provide consent to complete a criminal background check.
