A leading garment manufacturer in Golden Horseshoe is seeking a Director of Apparel Manufacturing to oversee daily production and lead a team of over 200 staff. This full-time permanent role requires 10+ years of leadership experience in apparel manufacturing and hands-on experience with ERP or MES systems. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and a collaborative leadership style.

The annual salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000.
