The Campus Principal is the pro-active leader whomaintainsadministration and education standards to ensure success of a campus, reporting to the Coaching Manager. This position has full accountability for all aspects of ongoing business operations at a campus, including Spirit of Math, Spirit of English and Spirit of Technology campus operations.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
- Hire, train and supervise staff
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Conduct performance reviews
- Co-ordinate teaching activities
- Evaluate curriculum programs and recommend improvements
- Compile inventory reports
- Recommend curriculum revisions and additions and approve scheduling of courses
- Perform sales and marketing activities
- Work with on-line accounts and systems
- Supervise teaching assistants and train student teachers
- Communicate with other workers to co-ordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments
- Evaluate teaching methods and quality of instructions
- Maintain inventory of supplies
- Teach as required
