** in support of PBB Marketing and/or in support of the overall PBB.
* ** Oversee progress reviews of the transformation roadmap
** with senior leadership, and prepare presentations and materials for senior stakeholders and the Board regarding Marketing initiatives.
* ** Collaborate closely with key partners
** to create a forward-looking plan that aligns activities with Enterprise, PBB, and Marketing objectives.
* ** Manage PBB Marketing involvement
** in co-op programs, external talent networks, and lead team-wide training and development initiatives.
* ** Lead efforts with control partners
** to evolve and align controls/governance/legal/risk processes to support transformation mandate.
* ** Provide leadership, coaching, and support
** to both direct and indirect teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet PBB’s needs and annual objectives.
* ** Develop and consult on strategic presentations, internal communications, and business plans
** ensuring alignment with, and understanding of, the key priorities and messages of the Marketing domain.
* ** Provide continuous improvement to existing processes**; ensure team output is delivered effectively and efficiently.
* ** Creation of executive PowerPoint presentations
** to support Marketing team with delivering key messages and information.
* ** Manage, organize, and facilitate corporate events
** including leadership sessions, town halls, and executive meetings; lead the coordination of Senior Management team meetings and regular business updates. Plan and schedule work and establish key priorities based on the changing needs of the business.
* ** Manage performance
** by providing fair and accurate formal and informal feedback, identifying and removing obstacles to performance and by explaining how performance expectations align with business priorities.
* ** Work in partnership across all areas of PBB
** to share findings, identify opportunities, monitor benefits and usage. Build & maintain strong effective relationships Create a positive work environment and being an effective role model by championing CIBC’s mission, vision and values.
* ** Establish a sustainable high performance culture
** focusing on leadership, people development and clear accountabilities through indirect management accountabilities.
* ** Strong business acumen**, including 5-10 years of performance marketing experience.
* ** Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills**:
Able to analyze situations, develop and implement solutions, often within narrow time frames and often working with a wide variety of other people and departments.
* ** Solid understanding of how to plan, manage, and deliver large-scale marketing transformation projects**, such as creative/content operating model (in-house vs. outsource vs. hybrid), agency of record RFPs, modernization of media measurement, etc.
* ** Strong presentation and communication skills**, both written and verbal; proficiency in preparing and presenting strategic updates and program materials for executive leadership and board-level audiences.
* ** Team management and team building** – Ability to form, build and manage effective teams (including through times of change).
* ** Excellent leadership skills** - Knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques for gaining the co-operation and support of others.
* ** Proven time management skills** - Ability to efficiently balance numerous tasks/projects effectively.
* ** Working knowledge of PBB
** organizational structure, policies, processes, and organizational initiatives is preferred.
* ** Experience with product ownership models and agile methodologies**, including coordinating business reviews and agile ceremonies is preferred.
* ** Demonstrated expertise in
** data analytics, process optimization, and artificial intelligence to effectively advance business objectives is preferred.
