As Senior Property Manager
, you will take ownership of a portfolio of newly registered flag ship condominium properties, managing day‑to‑day operations in alignment with the Condominium Act and corporate standards. This leadership role focuses on operational performance, client relations, and staff development while ensuring properties are well‑maintained, fiscally sound, and compliant.
- Advise Boards of Directors and site staff on governance, audits, and compliance
- Oversee vendor management, service contracts, and performance reviews
- Enforce condominium by‑laws and declarations across assigned sites
- Prepare and review annual budgets, reserve fund plans, and financial reports
- Conduct weekly site visits and follow up on repairs, deficiencies, and insurance claims
- Coordinate and attend board meetings, AGMs, and special meetings
- Support emergency planning and ensure health and safety compliance
- Lead and develop on‑site teams, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Assist in onboarding new team members and supporting internal training initiatives
- 7+ years of experience in residential condominium property management
- CMRAO General License (required)
- Experience managing multiple sites and leading teams
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Organized, self‑directed, and calm under pressure
- Manage signature condominium communities in a leadership capacity
