The Magnum Ice Cream Company is a growth business — seasonal, fast‑moving, and intensely competitive. This role owns supply planning for the Canadian business and partners closely across the end‑to‑end demand fulfilment process to deliver availability, service, and cash discipline for the Canadian business, ensuring we win in the market by delivering availability, service, and cash discipline, especially during peak moments like summer and heatwaves.

You are accountable for translating sales ambition into executable plans, making smart trade‑offs across service, inventory, capacity, and waste — and acting with speed, simplicity, and ownership.

• Own supply planning across short, medium, and long‑term horizons, and influence the broader demand fulfilment process by driving alignment on service, inventory, waste, and cash outcomes.
• Lead demand and supply reconciliation, bringing a clear point of view and recommendations to the business.
• Act as the single owner of planning trade‑offs — not just coordinating, but deciding and driving outcomes.

• Deliver key planning outcomes including Service / Dispatch Rate, Inventory, Waste/SMOG (FG, RM, PM), and adherence to plan.
• Set targets, monitor performance, and take corrective action quickly when gaps emerge.
• Own finished goods stock strategy, including segmentation, target setting, and obsolescence management.

• Be the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and 3PM partners, ensuring plans reflect real market demand and operational reality.
• Lead forecast and volume discussions, ensuring alignment between demand outlook and financial expectations.
• Ensure factories and partners have transparency to business priorities — and ensure the business understands operational constraints.

• Drive a shift toward exception‑based, faster planning, reducing manual work and unnecessary complexity.
• Leverage systems, data, and technology to enable quicker decisions and sharper insights.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify ways of working and improve execution.

• Lead and develop a team of planners (execution, and materials), building capability, accountability, and confidence.
• Create a culture of ownership, challenge, and care, where people are held to high standards and supported to grow.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience.
