The Treasury Board Secretariat is seeking three (3) dynamic managers to join the Office of the Chief Risk Officer (OCRO) and help shape the future of risk management across the Ontario Public Service (OPS). • Lead sector‑based portfolios by providing strategic risk advice to support effective governance, risk integration, and capability‑building across program areas.
• Provide leadership for enterprise‑wide risk management by advising senior leaders, supporting governance bodies, and strengthening risk‑informed decision‑making and program delivery.
• Develop and enhance tools, processes, and practices to strengthen compliance with policies, legislative requirements, and resource management frameworks, while aligning risk management with internal controls and audit standards.
