This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Supervisor located in Toronto, ON. Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage and support the team, and ensure high standards of service delivery. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, delegating tasks, resolving issues, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will report directly to management, assisting in training employees and implementing policies for seamless operation.
Qualifications- Leadership and team management skills to oversee and coordinate staff effectively
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making capabilities, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in customer service and resolving customer inquiries efficiently
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and the ability to maintain a safe work environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or similar customer-focused environment is preferred
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, on-site operational environment
