As the Regional Vice President for Canada, you’ll oversee Steelcase’s entire Canadian business, leading a talented team and forging deep partnerships with dealers and clients. You’ll have the autonomy to shape strategy, influence market dynamics, and position Steelcase as a trusted advisor in workplace transformation.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide sales strategy and resource allocation to maximize market share and profitability.
- Develop and coach a geographically dispersed team to achieve excellence.
- Build long-term partnerships with dealers and key stakeholders across Canada.
- Drive strategic planning and execution with sales teams and partners.
- Represent Steelcase’s vision and values in the Canadian market.
- Based in Canada
- Minimum of 10 years of B2B contract furniture or commercial interior product sales leadership experience in progressively senior roles.
- Proven success managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience working across borders or in multinational environments.
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Steelcase experience.
- Large enterprise account experience.
- Experience leading and developing other leaders:
Regional Sales Managers, Team Leaders, etc. - Deep understanding of Canadian market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
