Regional Vice President – Steelcase Canada (Toronto)

As the Regional Vice President for Canada, you’ll oversee Steelcase’s entire Canadian business, leading a talented team and forging deep partnerships with dealers and clients. You’ll have the autonomy to shape strategy, influence market dynamics, and position Steelcase as a trusted advisor in workplace transformation.

Supporting Meaningful Work

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide sales strategy and resource allocation to maximize market share and profitability.
  • Develop and coach a geographically dispersed team to achieve excellence.
  • Build long-term partnerships with dealers and key stakeholders across Canada.
  • Drive strategic planning and execution with sales teams and partners.
  • Represent Steelcase’s vision and values in the Canadian market.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Based in Canada
  • Minimum of 10 years of B2B contract furniture or commercial interior product sales leadership experience in progressively senior roles.
  • Proven success managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience working across borders or in multinational environments.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desired Skills And Experience
  • Steelcase experience.
  • Large enterprise account experience.
  • Experience leading and developing other leaders:
    Regional Sales Managers, Team Leaders, etc.
  • Deep understanding of Canadian market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
