A leading Canadian electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Electrical Construction to join their growing team. Your new role
As the Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of major electrical construction projects. You will ensure work ispleted on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

You will be responsible for:

Establishing project targets, milestones, and execution strategies
Leading Health & Safety practices across all phases of the project
Monitoring progress, forecasting, cost control, and scheduling
Identifying risks and proactively preventing delays
Leading QA,missioning, and handover activities
Driving value engineering and cost‑saving initiatives
Managing critical path analysis and short‑interval planning
Conducting pre‑job planning including subcontractor selection and kickoff meetings
Supporting site supervision with manpower planning and productivity improvement
Overseeing document control, change orders, procurement coordination, and progress reporting
Providing coaching and development to project team members
Building strong client, GC, and engineering relationships


What you'll need to succeed

Post‑secondary education in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience
Experience delivering large-scale electricalmercial or institutional projects
Strong leadership,munication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Previous trade experience is considered an asset
