The Inspection Division Supervisor oversees and leads fire protection inspection operations, ensuring compliance with standards and codes. You will be primarily responsible for handling all inspection requests for your division and ensuring coordination.
- Provide managerial oversight and input on work estimates in collaboration with the sales team.
- Manage projects according to the site schedule, specifications and the estimate.
- Assign all manpower and materials to complete the project.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the inspection team.
- Participate in construction site meetings when necessary.
- Review and validate inspection reports for quality, compliance and accuracy.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a management role in the fire protection industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service (mandatory).
- Strong fundamentals and knowledge of inspection processes, standards, and regulations.
- Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and report‑writing skills.
