Job Description

As Senior Manager, T&O New Employee Programs
, Talent and Experience, you will own, design, deliver and continuously evolve a cohesive, high-impact experience for new employees in Technology & Operations (T&O). Reporting to the Director, T&O New Talent Programs, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead programming that empowers new employees with the knowledge, tools, and network to succeed in their roles.

The experience spans the first 6‑12 months from the employee’s start date, accelerating time‑to‑productivity, integrating them into our community and culture, and strengthening engagement and belonging.

Experience Design & Architecture
  • Design and maintain the end‑to‑end new employee experience across the first 6‑12 months.
  • Lead day‑to‑day program operations, prioritizing several work streams including strategy & planning, stakeholder relations, and budget management.
  • Ensure orientation acts as a strong anchor within a broader, connected experience.
  • Identify experience gaps, friction points, and redundancies; identify connection points with business priorities and leadership priorities; continuously evolve the program to align with leadership priorities and the needs of new T&O employees.
  • Testing out new program offerings to elevate the experience of new T&O employees.
  • Oversee program sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and technology support.
  • Comfortable with facilitation and hosting for key new employee experiences, including orientation sessions.
  • Act as a visible experience leader during live and virtual events.
Portfolio Management
  • Own the roadmap and sequencing of initiatives and measurements.
  • Recommend new offerings, pilots, enhancements or retirements.
  • Oversee budget allocations and adjust where needed; monthly calibrations and reviews.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as primary escalation point for dependencies and risks.
  • Align content, messaging, and expectations across experiences.
  • Partner and collaborate closely with relevant internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience for new T&O employees (excluding the T&O events team, which the Manager owns).
Outcomes & Continuous Improvement
  • Translate program objectives into measurable initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to track and report on metrics and outcomes after each event; own a centralized metric tracker.
  • Review data and feedback with the Manager and Director to assess effectiveness.
  • Propose evidence‑based changes to the Director.
Facilitation & Thought Leadership
  • Comfortable with facilitation and hosting for key new employee experiences, including orientation sessions.
  • Be an expert on best practices for optimizing the new employee experience through continuous learning.
