About The Opportunity

The Manager, Solutions Consulting – Enterprise & US Public Sector leads a team of Solutions Consultants who support Docebo's largest and most complex sales opportunities, including US federal, state, and local government accounts. This is a people‑leadership role — your primary responsibility is developing, coaching, and scaling a high‑performing SC team that wins enterprise and public sector deals. You set the standard for how your team operates: the quality of their discovery, the impact of their demos, the rigor of their solutioning, and how they show up as professionals and teammates.

Beyond team management, you partner closely with Enterprise and Public Sector AE leadership to align on deal strategy, resource allocation, and go‑to‑market execution. You also represent Solutions Consulting in cross‑functional forums, providing feedback to Product, Marketing, and Enablement that shapes Docebo's broader strategy.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Consultants across the Enterprise and US Public Sector segments. Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and build individualized development plans aligned to the SC career ladder and core traits framework.
  • Deal Strategy & Support:
    Partner with AE leadership and participate directly in strategic deal cycles — advising on solution positioning, competitive strategy, and resource allocation for high‑value opportunities.
  • Enterprise & Public Sector Expertise:
    Develop and maintain deep understanding of enterprise buying dynamics and US public sector procurement processes, including FedRAMP compliance requirements, security review cycles, and government‑specific evaluation criteria.
  • Performance Management:
    Own team performance metrics including Technical Win Rate, Time to Close influence, Module Attachment, and Handoff Accuracy. Use data to identify coaching opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Resource Planning:
    Manage team capacity and AE‑to‑SC alignment to ensure coverage across the Enterprise and Public Sector book of business without overextending the team.
  • Process & Operational Excellence:
    Define and refine team workflows, deal engagement models, and quality standards. Ensure your team operates with consistency and professionalism across all customer touchpoints.
  • Cross‑Functional Partnership:
    Represent Solutions Consulting in leadership forums with Sales, Product, Marketing, CS, and Enablement. Advocate for team needs, provide field‑level feedback, and contribute to Docebo's go‑to‑market evolution.
  • Hiring & Team Building:
    Build a team with the right mix of enterprise sales acumen, technical depth, and public sector experience. Leverage the core traits framework and interview guides to hire consistently.
  • Enablement & Readiness:
    Ensure your team is prepared for new product launches, competitive shifts, and evolving market dynamics. Partner with Enablement to deliver segment‑specific training and readiness programs.
  • Product & Positioning Expertise:
    Develop strong working knowledge of the Docebo platform and take ownership of coaching the team on Docebo‑specific positioning, competitive differentiation, demo approach, and solution narratives. This is a hands‑on coaching expectation — not delegated to Enablement alone.
