The Opportunity
Pathways is seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic and operational leadership to the organization. Reporting to the President & CEO and working closely with the Chief Development Officer and Chief Impact Officer, the COO is responsible for driving the organization’s overall performance, growth, and success through operational excellence.
