Le candidat idéal doit avoir plus de 15 ans d'expérience en gestion de construction, démontrant une capacité à superviser de grands projets complexes tout en garantissant la sécurité et le respect des réglementations. Ce rôle exige également une forte compétence en planification de chantier, et le bilinguisme est requis pour les interactions avec des équipes anglophones.
