Business Development Leadership
- Drive new revenue growth for the Technology Services Group
- Leverage your executive-level network to originate and convert qualified business opportunities
- Identify, qualify, and advance new logos and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Partner closely with Account Stewards and senior leadership to define and execute coordinated go-to-market strategies
- Lead business development campaigns, opportunity shaping, proposal development, pricing strategy, and commercial structuring
- Own or materially contribute to revenue targets aligned with practice growth objectives
- Lead or oversee engagement scoping, solution design, team structuring, estimation, and commercial modeling
- Ensure engagements are structured for delivery excellence, profitability, and risk mitigation
- Provide executive-level oversight across active engagements to monitor quality, margin performance, governance, and client satisfaction
- Serve as executive sponsor and escalation point on complex programs
- Guide teams on delivery methodology, governance, and digital modernization best practices
- Support resource planning and utilization management
- Manage and optimize engagement margin performance
- Participate in recruiting and hiring top talent
- Provide day-to-day direction, coaching and mentoring project teams. You will also be responsible for career management, professional development, and supporting employees through Optimus S ’s Career Development Program (CDP)
