As Regional On-Premise Manager, XM (Ontario), you’re our eyes, ears, and energy on the ground across Toronto and the province. You thrive in the rhythm of nightlife, live music, arts, and hospitality — building relationships that matter and bringing brands to life in the places people love to gather.
ROLE OVERVIEWReporting to the Senior/National On-Premise Manager, you manage a regional portfolio of key on-premise accounts across Toronto and Ontario. You build real relationships with venue partners, guide local brand presence, and deliver culturally relevant experiences that feel at home in the spaces they activate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOn-Premise Leadership & Local Relationships
- Build, nurture, and elevate relationships across Toronto and Ontario’s most influential bars, clubs, restaurants, and live‑music venues.
- Represent the brands with confidence and cultural fluency — becoming a trusted partner in the hospitality and nightlife community.
- Identify and secure local partnership opportunities that feel fresh, authentic, and aligned with the culture of each venue.
- Lead regional experiential programs tied to nightlife, live music, arts, and community moments.
- Manage the execution of branded showcases, venue activations, pop-up experiences, and cultural collaborations.
- Ensure every activation feels organic and aligned with local culture.
- Be hands‑on in the field — working closely with venues, promoters, talent, staff, and brand teams.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality execution that reflects national standards while still feeling uniquely Ontario.
- Travel across the province to support launches and key events.
- Train and inspire venue staff, ambassadors, and partners with brand knowledge.
- Mentor regional activation teams to bring the right energy and professionalism.
- Planning, Insights & Reporting
- Support regional planning across campaigns and programs.
- Turn briefs into actionable, locally relevant plans.
- Deliver clean recaps with insights and opportunities.
- Someone who knows bars, venues, nightlife, and cultural spaces.
- Comfortable working in regulated spaces – specifically tobacco, alcohol & cannabis.
- A relationship builder who sparks conversations and connections.
- A storyteller who understands how brands show up authentically.
- Organized, self‑directed, energized by being out in market.
- Willing to work nights, weekends, and wherever culture happens.
- 2-3+ years in on‑premise marketing, experiential marketing, hospitality leadership, or partnerships.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and the ability to rent vehicles for events / activations.
- Strong experience in Toronto’s nightlife, music, bar/restaurant landscape.
- Operational and event‑execution expertise.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
