About the Opportunity

• Review and enhance benefit programs to improve competitiveness, align with strategic priorities, and respond to evolving employee needs across regions
• Lead the development of a global benefits delivery model that balances enterprise standards with local requirements
• Oversee benefits due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions to ensure smooth transitions and minimize talent risk
• Manage relationships with global brokers and third‑party administrators either directly or through team‑members, providing guidance and expectations
• Drive performance through KPIs and lead negotiations on plan pricing and service levels
• Act as the SME and advisor to internal governance committees overseeing retirement and benefit plans
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Partner with Finance and Treasury to monitor plan liabilities and implement risk mitigation strategies, including plan design adjustments and de‑risking initiatives
• Analyze benefits utilization and cost trends to identify opportunities for optimization and proactive program improvements
• Design, implement, and manage global mobility and international benefits programs
• Lead the ongoing governance framework for retirement programs, ensuring effective oversight, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational risk and fiduciary standards.

• 7‑10+ years of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience at a complex organization whose operations span multiple countries
• Excellent communication skills and people leadership
• You have relevant project management experience, leading efforts for both framing and execution of new initiatives related to benefits, pension and compensation

$140,000 - $150,000 / year
