General Manager

Harbinger Network has partnered with a growing manufacturer in Guelph looking for their next General Manager to join their team. This role will have you creating plans to continue growth of the organization from roughly 15 million to 20 million in revenue.

• negotiated terms with new and existing suppliers
• have a hand in sales
• work with a small team where you will be able to influence company culture from day 1
• have full P&L responsibility
• set strategic objectives
• ensure costing is accurate

• up to 4 weeks vacation to start
• 175-250k starting salary, pending on qualifications and experience
• opportunity to grow organization
• organization serves a diverse client base
• company paid benefits from day 1

• MINIMUM of 5 years experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in Manufacturing
• previous P&L accountability
• relocation not provided - you must live within a 40 minute commute of Guelph
• experience with budget creation
• previous experience assisting or leading sales efforts
• able to set strategic objectives and deliver on them
• strong relationship management, both internally and externally
• negotiation skills
