• Manage and mentor a team of dedicated front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and budget oversight
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain the company's reputation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing concerns and ensuring their needs are met
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, streamline operations, and implement innovative solutions
• Collaborate with the broader leadership team to align the business s vision and objectives

• Extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success in a similar General Manager or senior leadership role
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and exceed customer expectations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in managing budgets, staffing, and operational logistics
