As a Sales Desk Manager within our Advisor Business you will work with our team of Internal Client Advisors (ICAs) that focus their efforts on bank-owned brokerage advisors. We are looking for a strategic, consultative sales-minded individual who enjoys coaching and developing sales professionals. The role will be located in Toronto.
Job Responsibilities- Hire, train and lead a team of Internal Client Advisors (ICAs).
- Coach your team to leverage various business partners across JPM which include Portfolio Managers, Investment Specialists, Market Strategists, and Portfolio Insights Specialists.
- Mentor your ICAs on how to best partner with their Client Advisors (CAs).
- Work closely with the Sales Management Team to develop and execute strategic initiatives with our clients.
- Drive continued adoption of innovative technological tools that enhance your team’s ability to have meaningful client conversations.
- Act as a liaison to national sales management, Global Strategic Relationships, Marketing, Product Strategy and Business Intelligence by communicating information that will optimize our overall business model.

- 5 years of relevant sales and management experience in the financial industry.
- Ability to develop a team through leadership, mentorship, expert coaching and sales acumen.
- Deep understanding of and ability to teach capital markets and consultative sales.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
