Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple casino locations, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with corporate objectives.
Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, while managing risks and maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, HR, and operations, to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.
Drive innovation and new business opportunities, including exploring new gaming options, entertainment offerings, and customer engagement initiatives.
Report regularly on performance metrics, budgets, and forecasts to senior leadership, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
Manage P&L for multiple locations, ensuring profitability, cost control, and resource allocation.
Requirements  Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in senior management within the gamingindustry.
Proven track record of success in driving operational performance, leading diverse teams, and achieving business objectives.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and operational budgets.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on, customer-focused approach.
Deep understanding of gaming regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
