- Collaborate with internal and external advisors to design bespoke strategies that meet client objectives.
- Oversee seamless implementation and ensure plans evolve with clients’ needs.
- Integrate insurance, tax, and corporate structuring to deliver holistic outcomes.
- Expand and manage a high-value client base, strengthening trust with entrepreneurs and their advisory networks.
- Identify new opportunities through Centers of Influence and client referrals.
- Lead business development initiatives with an ownership mindset—your success drives your reward.
- Guide and inspire a talented advisory team.
- Share your expertise to strengthen TTSG’s culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Contribute ideas that elevate both our people and our client experience.
- 10–15 years in financial services, consulting, or professional services, with proven success in client management and business development.
- CPA, CFA, CLU, TEP
, or legal/tax background (In-Depth Tax course an asset). - Strong understanding of the Canadian insurance and estate planning landscape.
- Ability to grow and retain a book of business and lead with both strategy and empathy.
- Tech-forward approach with advanced MS Office proficiency.
- Trusted advisor with a passion for building meaningful, long-term relationships.
- Strategic, articulate, and confident communicator—able to simplify the complex.
- Natural leader with a strong sense of accountability and results orientation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you think like an owner, not an employee.
