What You’ll Do Architect smart solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external advisors to design bespoke strategies that meet client objectives.
  • Oversee seamless implementation and ensure plans evolve with clients’ needs.
  • Integrate insurance, tax, and corporate structuring to deliver holistic outcomes.
Grow and build
  • Expand and manage a high-value client base, strengthening trust with entrepreneurs and their advisory networks.
  • Identify new opportunities through Centers of Influence and client referrals.
  • Lead business development initiatives with an ownership mindset—your success drives your reward.
Lead and mentor
  • Guide and inspire a talented advisory team.
  • Share your expertise to strengthen TTSG’s culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Contribute ideas that elevate both our people and our client experience.
What You Bring
  • 10–15 years in financial services, consulting, or professional services, with proven success in client management and business development.
  • CPA, CFA, CLU, TEP
    , or legal/tax background (In-Depth Tax course an asset).
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian insurance and estate planning landscape.
  • Ability to grow and retain a book of business and lead with both strategy and empathy.
  • Tech-forward approach with advanced MS Office proficiency.
