What is the opportunity?
As Director, Distribution Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in driving change management, transformation initiatives, and operational excellence within the Digital and Personal Distribution (DPD) team. This role is critical to advancing the Distribution Strategy by developing and executing high-impact strategic materials that communicate the DPD vision, engage diverse stakeholders, and shape the future of distribution. You will lead the creation of transformational plans, deliver compelling presentations to senior executives, and ensure alignment with industry trends through external research partnerships.

- Lead the design and execution of change management and transformational plans to drive organizational success and ensure adoption of key initiatives.
- Develop and deliver strategic presentations, briefing materials, and executive updates tailored for senior leaders and diverse audiences, translating complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.
- Build and maintain a network of external research partners to inform messaging strategies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and trends.
- Oversee operational management for the DPD team, including leadership routines, team offsites, and processes to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize insights, drive decision-making, and support long-term strategic goals.
Must-have
- Proven experience in change management, strategic planning, and operational leadership, with a track record of driving transformation in complex organizations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex information.
- Demonstrated success in building external partnerships and leveraging research to enhance strategic initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable impact and operational excellence.
- Experience in financial services or distribution strategy.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or certifications in change management or strategy.
