AboutThe Role
The Campaign Manager is a key role within the PMCF team, responsible for day‑to‑day management and successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns for PMCF. This hybrid role combines the client relationship skills of an Account Manager with the operational expertise of a creative Project Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless project delivery.
A crucial component of this role is to collaborate effectively across the agency and leverage the full capabilities of WPP Open to deliver innovative and integrated solutions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to requests and providing regular project updates.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, fostering trust and open communication.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and identify opportunities to add value within the scope of assigned projects.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams to develop integrated campaign plans that align with client objectives and target audiences.
- Develop creative briefs and comms matrices to support owned campaigns.
- Translate strategic insights into actionable project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Actively engage with creative concepts, providing informed feedback and asking probing questions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.

- Analyze creative performance data to understand what works and doesn’t, informing future creative direction and optimisation.
