** What You Will Get To Do:
*** Lead and oversee all aspects of software implementation projects for SS&C clients
* Be fully accountable for project scope, resource allocation, milestone achievement, and cost management
* Leverage your expertise in project management methodologies, you will ensure that business requirements are met and proactively address any deviations from the project plan related to scope, resources, schedule, or budget.
* Establish and maintain strong rapport with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
* Host project workshops, including project initiation sessions, to align stakeholders and set clear expectations.
* Manage clients’ expectations and promptly address their concerns and feedback.
* Review and define project objectives in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
* Develop and establish project baselines, including scope, resources, schedule, and budget.
* Track and manage project execution, ensuring activities are completed on time and within budget.
* Collaborate with consultants and cross-functional teams (Managed Services, IT, R&D, etc.) to deliver successful project outcomes.
* Identify, assess, and plan mitigation strategies for project risks.
* Oversee change management processes, including documentation and approval of changes to scope, schedule, or resources.
* Manage issue escalation and resolution to minimize project disruptions.
* Effectively manage project resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
* Work closely with consultants and other internal stakeholders to make collaborative decisions regarding project solutions.
* Collaborate with multiple internal teams and external clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the organization’s best practices.
** What You Will Bring:
*** 6–10 years of software implementation experience in a client-facing capacity.
* 6–10 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in asset management.
