VP Sales and Marketing

Are you currently an accomplished Senior Manager , Director or VP of Sales and Marketing looking to take on a new challenge as VP of Sales and Marketing for an exciting Developer , and have experience in mid-rise and high-rise residential projects? Then read on....

In this role you would be executing the strategic vision for both the Sales and Marketing division and cascading instructions on project implementation to the external agencies, be it sales or marketing agencies. The creative would be yours and the Presidents collaborative vision and this role will allow you to take the lead on new marketing approach and its delivery, utilising and managing the existing team talents.

If you can demonstrate a proven ability to manage external Sales brokerage sales agents, directing their activity and sales messages for each new project along with the creative passion to lead marketing campaigns for new project launches. Then this is the role for you
