As a Product Lead for Platform you will define and drive the strategic direction of digital product development. You will collaborate with internal product leaders to deliver innovative banking and financial services capabilities that meet customer needs, empower team performance, and achieve significant business growth. You will be accountable for the successful execution of strategies and feature definition throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Strategic Leadership: drive the strategic vision and execution for digital products within Daily Banking.
• Customer Focus: ensure product development aligns with customer needs and expectations, creating a seamless and innovative banking experience.
• Business Acumen: develop business cases, manage planning processes, and ensure alignment with key business outcomes and objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: partner with the Head of Product and other stakeholders to drive product success.
• Product Development: lead the full lifecycle of digital product development, from ideation and planning through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Team Management: oversee and develop high‑performing teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Strategy & Planning: develop and refine the business strategy and digital product roadmap, leveraging data to prioritize and justify product capabilities and align with business objectives.
• Product Ownership: oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring delivery of value to customers and the business.
• Business Casing & Prioritization: support in crafting solutions and developing business cases to champion their importance across teams.
• Team Leadership & Development: build, mentor, and lead high‑performing squads focused on customer acquisition, onboarding, and servicing.

• Thought leader with 5+ years of Fin Tech, financial services or banking experience leading digital product management portfolios with a specialty in core banking platforms, financial services infrastructure, and core internal systems such as accounts or onboarding services.
• Expertise with digital financial services and P&L management.
• Exceptional communication skills across all levels including management.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, drive change and challenge status‑quo, deal with ambiguity and make informed recommendations.
