Full-Time Condominium Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Full-Time Condominium Manager.

Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of the Ontario Condominium Act
  • CMRAO licence in good standing
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
  • 4+ years of condominium management experience
  • Strong ability to multitask in a team-based environment
  • Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to supervise and support 2–3 staff members
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to compile, review, and maintain financial documentation, including operating expenses and income
  • High school diploma (required)
  • College or university degree, or a 1–2 year non-university certificate or diploma
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Job Description

As a Condominium Manager, you will work closely with senior management, Boards of Directors, owners, and residents within the communities you serve. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of condominium corporations across the Greater Toronto Area and will report directly to a Regional Manager and Senior Management.

You will be supported by dedicated accounting and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing agendas and materials for Board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
  • Conducting building inspections and overseeing maintenance and repair activities
  • Coordinating and supervising contractors and service providers
  • Maintaining and updating corporate policies and procedures
  • Ensuring effective, professional, and timely communication with Boards, owners, residents, and stakeholders
  • Supporting the financial management of condominium corporations in collaboration with the accounting team
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
