Job DetailsAs part of Altea’s growth, you’ll lead the delivery of new club openings, operational projects, manage vendor coordination and procurement, and oversee Cap Ex execution. You’ll keep multiple work streams in motion, from vendor relationships and purchase orders to timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand. Collaboration is key: you’ll partner with leaders and teams across the company to keep everything aligned and moving forward.

- Leading the full lifecycle of projects – from planning to launch – for new club openings, renovations, and capital initiatives.
- Acting as the go‑to coordinator between Operations, Design, IT, Marketing, and other teams to keep projects on track.
- Translating big‑picture goals into clear timelines, deliverables, and actionable plans.
- Hosting project meetings, tracking milestones, and proactively resolving issues before they arise.
- Managing procurement for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), including fitness gear, tech systems, and décor.
- Building strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, pricing integrity, and on‑time delivery.
- Issuing purchase orders, reconciling invoices, and maintaining accurate budget visibility.
- Driving cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements across procurement and supply‑chain activities.
- Coordinating post‑opening activities like system training and vendor follow‑up to ensure smooth operations.
- Documenting lessons learned and sharing best practices to continuously improve future projects.
- Communicating clearly and consistently with leadership and cross‑functional teams to maintain alignment and accountability.
- Post‑secondary diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally within retail, hospitality, or fitness sectors.
- Proven success in procurement, Cap Ex management, or multi‑stakeholder project execution. Experience and strong understanding of construction, interior design and facilities is preferred.
- Strong financial and administrative acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and other project management tools.
