This will be a remote role to start, with plans to transition to hybrid in-office 2x/week located in downtown Toronto.

We’re looking for a collaborative and forward‑thinking Vice President, Product Management to lead our Diner team. In this role, you will shape product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring our products create meaningful impact for customers and the company.
As a member of the leadership team, you will guide long‑term product direction, support team development, and champion an inclusive, customer‑centered approach to innovation.
In this role, you willCraft the Vision:
Define and evangelize the vision, strategy, and long‑term product roadmap for diner experiences across web, apps and APIs. Represents the diner vision and roadmap to internal stakeholders, customers and partners.
Marketplace Health and Partner Success:
Responsible for the end‑to‑end health of the Open Table marketplace and partners closely with sales, partnerships and marketing to own Marketplace revenue.
Exceptional execution:
Prioritizes, drives alignment and works with other cross‑functional teams to execute against the roadmap to drive good outcomes.
Cross‑functional
Collaboration:
Forges strong relationships with leaders across design, engineering, marketing, sales, brand and partnerships. Consistently advocates for high‑quality, innovative and customer centric solutions delivered with speed.
Mentorship and Management:
Lead, mentor and inspire a diverse team of product managers and leaders. Fosters a culture of curiosity, experimentation, data‑driven decision making and collaboration across the organization.
12+ years of experience with 5+ years in a leadership role building and scaling a product management organization in B2C or marketplace companies.
Proven success leading product strategy and execution at scale in a fast‑moving, competitive industry.
Strong financial and operational acumen; experience managing staffing, and long‑term planning.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - able to inspire, influence, and align stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to advise and partner with C‑Suite executives.
Deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Outstanding leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills, with a track record of developing diverse, high‑performing teams.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Canada based role is $243,000 - $273,000 CAD.
