Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be involved in:

  • Leading individual tasks throughout the design, procurement and construction process including furniture install and coordination with client I.T.
  • Running procurement, recommendation and appointment of consultants and contractors, and establishing quotations and order placement with client direct vendors.
  • Working with the client team to identify initial budgets and scheduling at project feasibility, and work to maintain them by identifying and implementing solutions for potential issues.
  • Processing payments to consultants, contractors and direct vendors in liaison with consultant team.
  • Administering and coordinating project closeout documentation including lessons learned workshops.
  • Coordinating Contracts and Master Service Agreements through the project lifecycle.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, prepare detailed agendas, and manage all logistical arrangements, including venues, virtual platforms, and necessary equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all stakeholder engagement activities, including meeting minutes, attendance records, and action items, and prepare regular reports for internal distribution.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, facilitate productive discussions during meetings, and assist in planning and executing stakeholder events and activities to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in a consultant project management, coordination or administrative role, preferably within a corporate or government setting, with a focus on managing stakeholder relationships.

    A strong interest in facilitating the planning and coordination of projects and stakeholder engagement activities is essential to succeed in this role.
  • Experience with developing, maintaining and reporting using digital tools such as live dashboards (e.g. Power BI, CRM etc.)
  • Commercial or retail fit out experience is required.
  • A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Architecture or a relevant subject
  • PMPcertification is highly desirable
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Project or P6.
  • Additional qualifications in Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is desirable but not required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
