• Use Merry Maids’ cleaning products and procedures to clean customer homes.
• Operate cleaning equipment including vacuums and microfiber cloths.
• Clean all surfaces including fans, blinds, fixtures, counters, and floors.
• Vacuum stairs, carpets, hard floors, and furniture.
• Move reasonably movable furniture to clean under and behind.
• Carry cleaning products and equipment to and from office and customer homes.
• Maintain supplies stocked and equipment in working order.
• Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work climate.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions and differentiate between products.
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment.
• Ability to withstand regular physical contact with pet hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions.
• Ability to drive to and from various job sites.
• Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms.
