You as a Maintenance Technician will:
Operate and maintain all courthouse equipment and toolsRespond to emergency, urgent, routine on-demand service requests and performs preventative and corrective action on facility mechanical and courthouse equipment and systemsMonitor assigned equipment and systems by conducting facility walkthroughs and Building Automation (BAS) monitoringLead tradesmen/ subcontractors (accompany) on equipment repair, preventative maintenance and calibration. Issue permit-to-work and hot work permits. Report any noncompliance and safety-related matterEnsure conformance to the Environmental Management System within key process areasAttend and participate in training programs as required by EDFS and local city and provincial jurisdictionsMaintain records and information pertinent to work assignmentsClose PM and routine work orders on the PDA after completing work assignmentsProvide written estimates on work-related repairs and new construction projects as requestedStrict adherence to safety guidelines, policies, and proceduresProvide technical and functional guidance to other staffEnsure and maintains compliance with assets under the management of FMInventory managementAssist with facility-related projectsOther duties as requiredIs this the right role for you?
