Maintenance Generalist
We are seeking a Maintenance Generalist to join our Maintenance Team at The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Facility Manager.
Responsibilities- Unplug sink, toilet, floor drain and roof drain, fix leaking tap, clean grease trap.
- Replace light bulbs and lenses.
- Replace broken ceiling tiles, hang pictures, whiteboard, signs, and festive decorations.
- Change filters in air handling units, exhaust fans, fan coils, compressed air system, closed loop water systems, and water treatment system.
- Conduct water tests for boilers, condensate tanks, deaerator, and softener following company procedures.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Certificate in Fire Alarm System monitoring and troubleshooting of Fire System.
Unionized role with pay range of $32.37 to $34.49 per hour. Base wages are determined according to the Collective Agreement.
