Brand Ambassador – Ontario Cannabis Store (Event Support)

We are looking for a team OR REFERRALS to represent the Ontario Cannabis Store at 2 major lifestyle consumer shows. These shows attract a mature, wellness curious audience, making them an ideal environment for thoughtful, guided education around cannabis wellness and topical products.

This activation will operate as a calm, structured, multi-zone experience within each show. Trained staff will actively engage guests as they approach the space, invite them inside, and guide them through a curated journey that includes many different activities.

BA responsibilities include greeting guests, explaining the experience flow, guiding them through each zone, delivering approved messaging, supporting hands on topical demonstrations, and maintaining a calm, trustworthy environment.

The program requires mature, confident ambassadors with consumer show experience who are comfortable discussing wellness topics, guiding sensory experiences such as topical application and light stretching, and adhering to strict compliance guardrails.

• Manage staff scheduling, zone coverage, and break timing
• Lead daily opening and closing procedures
• Act as primary point of contact for client, venue, and internal teams
• Conduct post-event reporting
• Confidently share key messaging to event goers

• Confidently share key messaging to event goers
• Greet guests and manage initial engagement and eligibility checks
• Direct guests through the footprint and zone journey
• Support guests who cannot complete the full experience by directing them to
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and restocking of materials
• Support line flow and guest pacing
• Support with line management
• Check ’s of people entering the platform

Training Date:
Feb 19th – 10am-1pm – Proof Experiences Head Office (Yonge/Bloor)

• National Home Show – March 6-15, 2026
• Cottage Life Show – March 26-29, 2026

Location:

The International Centre; 6900 Airport Road, Mississauga, ON L4V 1E8

• Can Sell (We will cover the fees to get you certified if you do not previously have certification)
• Experience with Cannabis (asset but not required)
• Bilingual FR/ENG (asset but not required)
