New Market & Aurora, ON.

Work Environment:
On-site at various client locations (indoor/outdoor)

Job Type: Full-Time

Wage: ($22-$24 based on experience)

• Assist in training/coaching new cleaning staff in proper techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Assist in maintaining adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is functional and properly maintained.
• When necessary, serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and address any service-related concerns or escalations.
• Report to site and complete cleaning duties when necessary due to shorted handed/no shows.

• Sweep, mop and sanitize assigned areas.
• Clean and restock restrooms and high-touch surfaces.
• Pick up debris and empty garbage containers.
• Follow site-specific cleaning requirements.
• Vacuum carpets, runners, and regular maintenance on equipment.
• Responsible for site security:
  Alarm codes and keys.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic environment in line with safety protocols.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning.
• Supervisor experience considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Familiarity with workplace health and safety standards (e.g., WHMIS, OHSA).
• Experience in leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be bondable (Criminal Record Check).
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence required and vehicle.
• Basic computer literacy (email, checklists, mobile apps) is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work while standing for extended periods.
