Supply Chain Project Lead

The Project Supply Chain / JDE Support will support project operations by managing vendor onboarding, procurement workflows, and financial transaction processing within JD Edwards (JDE). This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive follow‑up, and the ability to manage high‑volume transactional activities with minimal supervision. The engagement is anticipated to last one year, with the potential for extension based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up new vendors in JD Edwards following commercial award and ensure accuracy of all required documentation.
• Create requisitions and process purchase orders (POs) within JDE in alignment with project and procurement guidelines.
• Route transactions through the JDE approval workflow and actively monitor progress to ensure timely approvals.
• Proactively follow up with approvers and stakeholders to prevent delays and maintain workflow continuity.
• Support invoice processing activities, including validation, troubleshooting discrepancies, and ensuring timely payment.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Project Controls, and Finance teams to resolve transactional or financial variances.
• Assist with financial reporting, cost tracking, and other project support tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP systems is required; JD Edwards is strongly preferred, though SAP experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to manage transactional workflows with accuracy and minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication style.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced project environment.
