About the roleWe are currently seeking an Associate Manager – Customer Planning & Replenishment (CP&R) to join our team in Toronto, ON. Reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial Planning, the Associate Manager CP&R helps the broader Commercial Planning team execute on the delivery of the annual Net Operating Revenue and Gross Profit targets by leveraging Auxly sales depletions/shipments data to optimize customer inventory levels and manage the external order management process nationally.
This individual will work directly with sales, supply chain & operations, marketing & innovation, and external customers – the proven ability to work cross-functionally and analyzing data will be key to success.
- Conducts a weekly review of inventory levels at internal sites and customer warehouses and provides recommended order quantities based on volume, programming, and distribution data.
- Works with sales on mitigating excess inventory risks at internal sites and customer warehouses.
- Develop relationships with key customers’ supply chain teams to ensure proper information flow, planning, and execution relative to internal and external inventory and sell through targets.
- Manages reporting agenda via update of weekly depletions, shipments, and inventory reports.
- Works with supply chain to optimize inventory levels at internal sites and customer warehouses.
- Leverages data and works with sales, supply chain, and marketing to forecast innovation launches.
- Provides weekly updates to commercial, supply chain, finance, and leadership teams on shipments achievement against plan.
- Provide weekly updates to the commercial and supply chain teams on upcoming launches and inventory availability at customer warehouses.
- Ad-hoc duties and special projects as required.
- Post-Secondary education in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years experience in analytics, sales ops, customer supply chain, and/or commercial planning, preferably from within the Cannabis, Alcoholic Beverages, and/or CPG industries
- Advanced MS Excel and Powerpoint skills. Power
BI knowledge highly preferred but not required. - Strategic thinker: execute today and build for tomorrow.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and resolve ambiguous situations without a pre-defined road map.
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of cannabis industry and regulations strongly preferred.
