Our client is a technology-driven Toronto-based law firm expanding its Family Law practice and currently looking for a talented and experienced Family Lawyer to join their dynamic team. The firm provides comprehensive legal services in Family Law, Business Law and Real Estate Law and is committed to delivering the highest standards of legal service to its diverse client base, guided by values of excellence, integrity, and respect for clients and the legal profession.

• Produce domestic contracts unique to the clients’ circumstances (prenuptial and cohabitation agreements).
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and negotiations.
• Provide legal advice concerning family law matters such as divorce, parenting, child support, spousal support, and property settlements.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Develop case strategies based on the client’s needs and potential outcomes.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and stay current with developments in family law.

• Licensed to practice law in Ontario.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience specifically in Family Law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in managing multiple cases with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• A demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity.
• Proficient in legal research tools and software.

$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
