Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions – Associate Lawyer, –Call

Overview

Fasken is seeking a motivated Associate to join its Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Toronto.

• 3–5 years of experience (2021–2023 call) in corporate and securities law, with experience in public M&A and equity financings and stock exchange requirements.
• Strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and organizational skills, and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be able to manage work streams independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Fasken’s Capital Markets and M&A lawyers advise on high‑profile domestic and cross‑border transactions and work closely with colleagues across practice groups. The expected pay range for this role is $180,000 to $230,000 per annum. Compensation to be commensurate with experience.
