OVERVIEW
Our client is a Midtown law firm with continued growth seeking a bright and enthusiastic law clerk to join a practice with a focus on real estate and financing. The office is conveniently located at the corner of Yonge and St. Clair.
The ideal candidate will be given the opportunity to contribute to the success and advancement of their career while working along side an excellent group of lawyers and support staff.
At least 3-5 years experience in real estate is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing large volume of residential real estate transactions from opening to completion;
- Communicating with clients;
- Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision;
- Meeting strict deadlines with excellent multi-tasking skills.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma/Certificate from a recognized institution;
- Proficiency in Teraview, Quintalink and O365;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Attention to detail.
