We’re seeking an accomplished Senior Immigration Legal Counsel with deep expertise in Canadian immigration law and a passion for innovation. You’ll guide clients through complex immigration matters, contribute to the evolution of our legal platform, and help shape the future of tech-enabled legal service delivery in Canada.

• Provide strategic legal advice on complex immigration matters through the Border Pass platform
• Manage and resolve high‑stakes immigration cases with sound legal judgment
• Oversee and support the preparation of a broad range of immigration applications
• Represent clients in hearings and judicial proceedings, including at the Federal Court level
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance legal workflows and platform functionality
• Identify legal trends and contribute to ongoing improvements in service efficiency and compliance
• Use technology to support a large and diverse client base with scalable, high‑impact legal strategies

• 8+ years of specialized experience in Canadian immigration law
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with a Canadian law society
• Expert‑level knowledge of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, Regulations, and related policies
• Proven ability to manage complex immigration matters, including high‑stakes cases
• Experience with Federal Court litigation is strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in a product‑oriented, tech‑forward environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Adaptable and driven — thrives in a dynamic, high‑growth startup
