We are currently hiring Mongolian Medical Interpreters to support critical communication needs across Canada.

• Competitive Pay: $19.35 per hour upon successful completion of training

• Deliver accurate, real-time interpretation between English and Mongolian speakers
• Facilitate communication within healthcare, insurance, financial, and legal settings
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and empathy on every call
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide interpretation via both audio and video platforms

• Fluency in English and Mongolian (verbal comprehension and articulation required)
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in Canada
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed internet
• Strong listening skills, emotional intelligence, and composure under pressure
• Ability to commit to three weeks of full-time paid training
• Previous medical or healthcare-related experience is considered an asset (not required)
