We’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join a fast‑growing team with a brokerage in North York, ON
. This role will be responsible for managing a book of personal lines business, helping to drive growth while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will report directly to the Personal Lines Manager.

Responsibilities- Client Service & Support:
Respond quickly and professionally to telephone, email, and fax inquiries while ensuring the highest level of service. - Account Management:
Review renewals, provide quotes, and remarket policies as necessary to keep the portfolio competitive. - Cross‑Selling & Up‑Selling:
Identify and act on opportunities to cross‑sell and up‑sell products to maximize account growth. - Claims & Endorsements:
Handle endorsements, renewals, and claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed through EPIC and company portals.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in personal insurance account management.
- R.I.B.O. license required.
- Proficiency in EPIC brokerage system is essential.
- Strong knowledge of insurance carriers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
